Bump LTD (bump.ltd, OneBump) collects non-personal information through OneBump. When a server owner or administrator adds our bot to their server, we collect information about the server, such as the server name, description, and other metadata. This information is used to provide bumping services to the server and to improve our services.

We collect email addresses upon signing in to our dashboard. This is to provide additional value to our users, and you are able to opt out of email marketing through delivered emails. We do not collect personal information about users, such as their names, or IP addresses. If we receive personal information from a user, we will not use or disclose it for any purpose other than to provide the requested service, unless we have the user's consent or are required by law to do so.

Data Retention, and Deletion

We retain non-personal information collected by OneBump until it is requested for deletion by the server owner or administrator. Once a deletion request is received, we will delete the data within 30 days.

We do not share non-personal information collected by OneBump with third parties, except as required by law or to enforce our terms of service. We may share non-personal information with our affiliated companies, including Simply Union Ltd, for the purposes of providing and improving our services.
