Use Of OneBump

OneBump is intended for use on Discord servers to promote and bump server activity ethically, and responsibly. By using our OneBump, you agree to the following:

• —You will not use OneBump to share explicit or sexually elusive imagery or content. Including inappropriate content of minors.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of OneBump or related materials without our prior written consent.

OneBump and related materials are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that OneBump will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use OneBump at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bump LTD (bump.ltd, OneBump) and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the OneBump or related materials, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
