How to gift OneBump Premium to a friend

The short version
Buy Premium as a gift and you get a link. Send the link to a friend. They log in with Discord and choose which of their servers gets Premium. A link can be used once, and an unused link works for 31 days.

What is a gift?
A gift is Premium time kept in a link. The person who opens the link decides which server gets it. You do not need to know their server.
What does a gift cost?

A gift costs more than buying Premium for your own server. A gift is one payment. It never renews.
How do I buy and send one?
- Open the Premium page. Above the plans, switch “Gift a Friend” on, then press “Choose Plan” on the plan you want to give.
- Log in with Discord if asked. The page opens on a gift of one month. For a year or Lifetime, press Change and choose a length.
- Tick the box that starts “I agree to pay”. The ways to pay then appear under it. Pay.
- Your link is shown after you pay. It is also kept on your Billing page under Your gift links, with a button to copy it.
- Send the link to your friend.
Anyone with the link can use it
A gift link works once, for whoever opens it first. Send it only to the person it is for. Do not post it in a public channel.
How do I claim a gift I was sent?
- Open the link.
- Press Log in to claim it and log in with Discord.
- Under Which server gets it?, choose one of your servers.
- Press Claim Premium. This cannot be undone.
You can only choose a server that you manage and that has OneBump in it. If the server already has Premium, the gift adds time to it.
Can a gift be refunded?
- Only as our Refund Policy says: OneBump does not offer refunds unless required by law or in extenuating circumstances. Ask in the support server.
- Someone has claimed it: no. The person you gave it to is using it.
What about free gift links?
Premium you earn by voting or by inviting servers can be given away too. On the Rewards page, copy the Premium link instead of putting the Premium on your own server. It works the same way and also lasts 31 days. Read how to get Premium for free.
What can go wrong?
- “This gift is gone”. It was already used, it was cancelled, or it ran out of time. Ask the person who sent it for a new one.
- It says to add OneBump to a server first. A gift goes on one server. Add OneBump to a server you manage, then open the link again.
- The page is not found. Part of the link is missing. Copy all of it.
- It asks me to log in before it shows anything. That is a link from the old OneBump. Log in and it opens.
