How to remove OneBump and delete your data

The short version
Remove OneBump from your server like any other bot. Its record of your server then deletes itself after 31 days. Cancel any Premium subscription first, because removing the bot does not cancel it. To have your own data deleted, or to get a copy, ask us.

What should I do first?
- Cancel your subscription if you pay for Premium. Removing the bot does not stop the payments. Read how to cancel.
- Or ask for a refund in the support server, as the Refund Policy says.
- Or move Premium to another server you manage. Premium time that is left is kept, so you can still move it after the bot is gone.
How do I remove it?
On a computer
- Open the member list of your server.
- Right-click OneBump.
- Choose to kick it.
On a phone
- Open the member list of your server.
- Tap OneBump.
- Choose to kick it.
You need a Discord permission that lets you kick members.
What happens then?
- Your server can no longer bump, and no more adverts arrive.
- Adverts already in your channel stay there until you delete them.
- Your advert is not taken down from other servers. Its Join button works for as long as the invite exists. To switch it off, delete that invite in Discord under Server Settings, then Invites.
- OneBump’s record of your server is deleted by itself 31 days after the bot left. If the server has paid Premium time, it is kept until 31 days after that runs out.
Changed your mind?
Add OneBump again within 31 days and your settings are still there.
What does OneBump keep about me?
About you as a person: your Discord id, name and picture, how many times you bumped and voted, and what you bought. Never your password. The Privacy Policy lists everything and how long each thing is kept.
How do I get a copy, or have it deleted?
Ask in the OneBump support server. Say which one you want. We act within 30 days. Payment records that the law makes us keep are the one thing we cannot delete.
To end your login on this website everywhere, open Account and press Log out everywhere. That also tells Discord to forget the access you gave the website.
What can go wrong?
- I am still being charged. The subscription was not cancelled. Cancel it on your Billing page.
- I cannot kick the bot. Ask the server’s owner.
- My settings are gone after adding it back. More than 31 days had passed.
