Where does my server stand? (/info server)
4 min read · Updated
The short version
Type /info server and read the line “Fair play”. It says one of five things, from “Good (full number of servers)” to “Paused until …: OneBump is checking this server”. The website calls the same five Good standing, First warning, Limited, Paused and Under review. While it is good, your bumps have their full reach.

What are the five steps?
Where a server stands on fair play is called its standing. Discord and the website use different words for the same five steps.
| What /info server says | On the website | What it means | Can I bump? |
|---|---|---|---|
| “Good (full number of servers)” | ✅ Good standing | Everything looks fair. Your bumps go to the full number of servers. | Yes |
| “A first warning (nothing has changed yet)” | ⚠️ First warning | OneBump found something that breaks fair play. Nothing has changed for you yet. Fix it and it fades by itself. | Yes |
| “Limited (half as many servers)” | ⚠️ Limited | Your bumps reach half as many servers until the issue fades. | Yes, to half the usual number of servers |
| “Paused until …” | ⏸️ Paused | Bumping is paused for a set time and starts again by itself. After the pause your bumps reach half as many servers until the issue fades. You can ask for a review. | No, for 24 hours the first time |
| “Paused until …: OneBump is checking this server” | ⏸️ Under review | Bumping is paused for 7 days and a OneBump moderator looks at your server. They can end the pause sooner. After the pause your bumps reach half as many servers until the issue fades. | No, for 7 days, unless a moderator ends the pause sooner |
A second pause lasts 3 days. Later ones last 7 days. Where the table has “…”, your own message shows the day the pause ends.
How do I find out why?
OneBump does not post what it decided where every member can read it. Your server gets a message called “A message for this server’s admins”, with a Read it button. When someone with the Manage Server permission presses it, the news opens for them alone. Anyone else is told “Only admins can read this”.

Only you can see this
Press See why on it. Admins can also type /info server at any time: when something was noticed, it has the same See why button.

⚠️ Why your bumps reach half as many servers
Several adverts we delivered to your server were deleted within a day. Fix: Leave adverts in place for at least 24 hours. Use the Hide button on one you object to.
Your bump channel was hidden from members for much of the last week. Fix: Let @everyone view the channel and read its message history.
This ends by itself around 17 October 2026 if it does not happen again.
Only you can see this
On the website, a notice at the top of your server’s Overview tab says the same thing.
How does it get better?
By itself. What OneBump noticed counts for half as much after 14 days, and for nothing after 60 days. Fix the cause, and your server climbs back one step at a time, until /info server says “Good (full number of servers)” again.
What if it is wrong?

- “A review is already open”. Your server already asked, and a moderator has it. Wait for the answer.
